Most holders don't need to do anything
If you held H in a standard wallet (EOA) on Ethereum, BSC, or Humanity Mainnet at the time of the snapshot, your new H token is being airdropped to you directly.
This portal is for holders whose situation requires a review, specifically:
- H held in liquidity pools, vaults, or other smart contracts at the snapshot, where balances can't be automatically attributed to an individual holder
- H tied to specific third-party protocol integrations that need case-by-case resolution
- Legitimate users who purchased H after the snapshot and are still holding it
